Position Responsibilities:
Summary: Provides leadership and HR generalist support to rapidly growing team, partnering with internal clients to develop and implement HR programs and processes that enable strategy and build organizational capability. In this newly created and highly visible position, individual will have an outstanding opportunity to lead/influence company HR related activities, including but not limited to: recruiting, compensation and benefits, organizational structure design, performance management and policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
Working with external brokers, designing and augmenting benefits programs as appropriate to ensure competitiveness and compliance
Developing and aligning performance management process with strategic drivers
Lead, support recruiting process (posting through placement) for rapidly growing organization
Develop global compensation programs (total rewards), policies, guidelines and structure
Manages and executes the administration of Company?s compensation programs, including Board/Compensation Committee visibility
Consults with leadership team on matters relating to organizational design and development that leads to improved effectiveness
Lead, coordinate relevant training programs within a regulated environment
HR resource, coach for leadership team and employees
Responsible for ensuring compliance/governance for state and federal regulatory requirements
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Minimum 10-15 years of progressive generalist experience, with visibility in compensation and benefits, performance management, etc.
MBA preferred
Superior interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills required
Critical thinking skills, ability to translate complex situations to deliver results
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
Outstanding collaboration and teamwork skills required, ability to work cross functionally
Continuous learning: Affinity for the business and a willingness to learn company?s products and business
Some travel required, domestic and international
