Noetix is seeking an energetic, experienced, and efficient Human Resources Manager to join our team in our corporate office in Redmond, Washington. The successful candidate will partner with all levels throughout the company to help drive operational excellence across core HR processes such as employee relations, recruiting, compensation, benefits, training and development, and other special projects. The Human Resources Manager will report to the CFO and must have experience working for an international company, preferably in the software and technology industry.
Core Deliverables and Responsibilities:
Lead all aspects of Human Resources including employee relations and compliance, recruiting, immigration, training and development.
Formulate and drive HR initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Partner with and provide counsel to the Management team on various HR policies and procedures and to implement and manage the performance review process, wage and salary structures, and employee benefit programs.
Serve as the HR contact for employees, by providing information on policies and procedures, and counsel on resolving personnel related issues.
Work closely with the HR team to develop and administer the compensation and benefits programs to ensure the organization remains market competitive while supporting the philosophy of the organization.
Manage the recruitment process by collaborating with the Management team, recruiting agencies, and HR team to develop innovative recruiting strategies to attract and retain high-quality employees.
Collaborate with the Controller and HR team in the payroll process.
Manage the immigration process partnering with legal counsel ensuring compliance.
Drive the annual US benefit plan negotiation with benefit various providers.
Proactively identify activities with the Management team to increase retention rates.
7+ years progressive experience in HR, with 5+ years of HR management experience.
Strong knowledge of US employment laws, principles, concepts, and operational practices.
Experience working with an international company is strongly preferred.
High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.
Must be proactive with strong initiative; a self-starter who is comfortable working independently and in a team environment.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interface with all levels of the organization.
Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service with internal and external contacts.
Ability to handle periods of increased workload and deadlines.
Education / Training / Certification:
Bachelor?s Degree with an emphasis in Human Resources and PHR/SPHR certification is required.
