THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED Reply.com, the leading online auction marketplace for locally-targeted marketing, seeks to hire an experienced Manager of Human Resources for our Salida (Modesto Area) Call Center. In this position, you will work closely with, and report to, the Director of Human Resources in all aspects of multi-state employee relations, performance management, compliance, recruitment, and training.
? Manage HR programs and activities at Salida office including recruitment and selection, performance management, leadership development, employee relations, benefits, and compensation
? Coach and counsel peers in their development through giving them feedback, identifying strengths and development needs, and creating action plans
? Provide on-going support to Supervisors and Managers in the leadership of their team members
? Assists the HR Director in the implementation of HR strategies to support the short term and long term business goals
? Will manage employee relations in an active call center environment.
? Aides and advises team members to ensure compliance with state and federal employment law and application of Reply.com policies and practices
? Manage the Leave of Absence programs: FMLA, PLA, and state leave laws
? Manage bi-annual performance reviews and company surveys
? Administer health benefits
? Lead positive employee relations initiatives to meet business needs and appropriately address employee concerns within the organization
? Lead team of HR staff and as a Business Partner, working closely with operational divisions to meet business needs
? Drive consistency, best practices, and improved services across all office locations
? You need to have a self-directed, assertive, open and friendly style
? You need to work in an organized, faster than the average manner.
? You need to be comfortable and skilled in managing conflict as well as bringing to resolution.
? You need to be trustworthy with a high level of integrity/confidentiality.
? You need to have a positive, energetic, can do, solution oriented, optimistic attitude
? 5+ years of hands-on experience in a number of HR areas including, employee relations, HR policy, and compliance.
? Proficiency in applying HR-related legal and compliance knowledge to various business scenarios.
? Proficiency using MS Office suite of software: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
? Call center experience is a plus
Bachelor's Degree Required.
PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
