InContext Solutions is looking to hire a motivated and entrepreneurially-minded Human Resources & Operations Intern for its Chicago office. This intern will gain hands on experience working across the Human Resources and Accounting departments in a fast paced, collaborative environment. This intern will assist and ensure the efficient administration and management of all human resources functions, include recruiting, talent development, operational administration, compensation, employee benefits and employee engagement.

Following are specific required qualifications:
Must be at least sophomore status and enrolled full time in an undergraduate program
Background in Human Resources or Office Administration preferred
Strong academic record
Proficient working in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work well across functional teams within an entrepreneurial, fast paced environment
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and oral communication skills
Is professional, responsible, self-motivated and disciplined
Is intelligent and passionate about what they do
Is friendly and likeable. We wouldn?t hire someone we wouldn?t like to sit next to on a plane for 12 hours

The Human Resources & Operations Intern will have wide exposure across the InContext team. Primarily reporting to Senior Human Resources & Operations Coordinator, this intern will have exposure to multiple department heads, including leadership on the Operations and Accounting teams.
When will I start? What will I make?
This is a paid, part time position based in our Chicago, IL headquarters. Candidates will be required to work a minimum of 15 hours per week. Ideal candidates will be full time students at a local Chicagoland area school and have availability to start a new full time position in the next 2-4 weeks. The interview process should take no more than 1-3 weeks from initial phone interview to offer letter. This position is expected to run through Summer 2014. Hours will vary and can be flexible based on school schedule.
