Human Resources Operations Manager Integra Telecom
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED DescriptionThis position supports the SVP of Human Resources and the execution of HR initiatives. The position works closely with the HR leader to increase the bandwidth and ability of the SVP to concentrate their time, effort and priorities on strategic activities. The ideal candidate will handle complex situations and multiple responsibilities simultaneously, mixing long-term projects with the urgency of immediate demands. They must also have the demonstrated ability to deal with highly confidential information and act as a liaison between the SVP, vendors and other constituencies, both internal and external. They must exhibit the skills to collaborate with and achieve actionable results through others, the ability to build strong and sustainable relationships and the capability to interact within all levels of the Company. They must also demonstrate the ability to manage large amounts of detail with great care and accuracy.
Requirements?Creates and coordinates plans for HR specific programs/projects and initiatives.
?Manages vendor relationships, RFP process and contracts.
?Manages logistics with the Board of Directors, including meeting dates and agendas, presentations, reports and other meeting preparation.
?Responsible for document control of Board and HR related material
?Develops HR operating plan to ensure HR strategic goals and objectives are accomplished.
?Responsible for ensuring OFCCP requirements and compliance ? manages OFCCP audits
?Manages, tracks and oversees HR department budget.
?Plans, develops and implements new and revised HR operations-related policies, procedures and best practices to streamline and improve efficiencies.
?Provides oversight and administration of HR operational matters to ensure departmental and company compliance with federal, state and local laws.
?Develop and maintain HR Scorecard
?Provides ad-hoc reports, analysis and decision support on HR metrics, HR programs and vendor management.
?Ensures the SVP is prepared for meetings and events.
?Works closely with the Administrative Assistants to ensure the appropriate management of the SVP?s calendar so that all priorities are met.
?Responsible for all company internal communications.
Must have skills:
?Strong knowledge of policies, procedures, and best practices relevant to HR
?Demonstrated experience and ability to independently initiate, analyze report, implement and monitor HR operational programs.
?Proven track record in successfully navigating complex HR operational issues
?Well organized and confident to work independently
?Five plus years of vendor and contract management experience
?Ability to multi-task, establish/maintain priorities
?Analytical skills and ability to collect, organize, interpret data from multiple sources
?Budget management experience and financial acumen

?HRIS Systems Knowledge
?Minimum of 5 to 10 years of solid, work experience in HR
