Position Summary
The Billtrust Human Resources Recruiter's primary responsibility is to ensure the success of the full lifecycle recruiting process for the organization including sourcing, interviewing, testing and selecting quality candidates. This will be achieved through the development of sourcing and recruiting strategies which employ traditional resources as well as developing new, creative ideas. The Human Resources Recruiter will play a critical role in partnering with hiring managers to ensure Billtrust is hiring the best possible talent efficiently and cost effectively.
Primary Responsibilities
I
: In partnership with the hiring manager, develop and execute recruiting plans including job description creation and interview strategies.
: Develop a pool of qualified candidates by researching and recommended quality sources for active and passive recruiting including job boards, corporate website, staffing agencies professional organizations, employee referrals and social networking sites.
: Coordinate and implement college recruiting initiatives including attending career fairs and developing relations with targeted universities to generate company exposure and create a pipeline of new talent.
: Manage the interview process by creating job postings, evaluating applicants to determine if they meet the requirements of the position, conducting prescreening interviews, coordinating the interview process and communicating effectively to hiring manager and applicants.
: Handle all administrative tasks associated with the recruitment process including maintaining the applicant tracking system, scheduling interviews, ensuring reference checks are completed, sending rejection letters and preparing offer letters.
: Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills
: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field and 5+ years of experience
: Technical recruiting experience in a high growth company
: Strong interviewing and negotiating skills
: Ability to attract and hire top talent
: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
: Ability to work in a fast paced environment managing multiple priorities and deadlines
: Excellent computer skills including managing an applicant tracking system
: Ability to work with all levels of the organization
