Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support for the Vocus Campus Recruitment Program
Update candidate tracking data from all career fairs and campus events
Assist in college recruitment planning and program development
Serve as a Vocus brand ambassador throughout the campus community
Help generate new leads among the campus population using the following tactics:
Identify and actively introduce Vocus to campus groups and campus leaders
Increase campus penetration via on-campus tabling, email, and social media
Promote and register students for Vocus events and campaigns
Post and distribute fliers, handbills and other marketing materials
Qualified candidates must possess:
Bachelor?s degree candidate (Junior or Senior) majoring in Communications, Marketing or Human Resources Management
Goal-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
Able to commit 10-15hrs/week
Well-networked and outgoing member of campus community
Active participant in campus clubs and student organizations
Sales, marketing or event promotion experience a plus
Strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word skills
Possess good judgment and the ability to uphold confidentiality
Interested in pursuing a career in recruitment, sales or marketing
Self-motivated, results-oriented, team player
Ability to work independently
