Human Resources Representative (Entry Level -1) Intematix
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED Reports to: Director, Human Resources
Serves as the front line responding to, and routing, employee questions and concerns re:
payroll, company benefits, recruiting, and policies. Supports the workflows for HR operations by
processing recruitment correspondence, compensation changes, promotions, transfers and any
other staffing changes. The role maintains changes within HR information systems, and creating
documentation for employee notification and record keeping. Provides general administrative
support to Human Resources department.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
? Payroll Administrator - responsible for compiling and posting bi-monthly employee time
and payroll data
? Systems support ? data entry into the various systems (i.e. Equity Edge, Fidelity, etc.)
? Supports recruiting function by scheduling interviews, organizing travel arrangements for
candidates, reserving conference rooms, maintaining/updating all external job boards,
and manages employment-related correspondence (e.g., applications, forms,
immigration paperwork, background checks, offer letters, and orientation materials)
? Schedules and meets with new employees to complete required paperwork, verify I-9
documentation, and conduct new hire orientation.
? Manages the entry of human resource transactions into the HR information systems
ensuring compliance to federal, state, and company regulations.
? Receives and routes employee issues to appropriate HR personnel; supports Human
Resources response plans for employee issues.
? Assists with the execution of Human Resources initiatives, and makes recommendations
for system and process improvements.
? Maintains training and employee development logs, identifies plans, and tracks hours for

integrity; coordinate terminations and exit interview process.
? Supports managerial reports and assists in the preparation of employee

? Bachelor's degree required.
? Technologically proficient with databases, MS Office Suite, and possesses affinity for
new systems/technologies. ? Efficiently manages time and prioritizes tasks per business needs and customer
? Effectively communicate relevant and appropriate information with staff in a timely
? Possess strong problem solving, solid reasoning, conflict resolution and decision making
? Demonstrate clear/effective verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
