We are looking to hire a dynamic Human Resources professional who is energized by working in a fast-paced, high-growth company. You are passionate about people and thinking about new ways to keep employees engaged in a competitive job market. You will assist the Sr. Director, Human Resources with developing and supporting innovative programs to recruit and retain top talent. You will also be responsible for providing administrative support for payroll, benefits, compliance requirements, and employee on-boarding and off-boarding processes.
The Human Resources Specialist is a full-time, non-exempt position. The role reports to the Sr. Director of Human Resources.
Assist Sr. Director, Human Resources with the development and implementation of key employee programs (i.e. goals alignment, performance reviews, leadership development programs, etc.)
Partner with Accounting to prepare semi-monthly payroll
Work cross-functionally to coordinate the entire new hire on-boarding process (i.e., 1st day activities, benefits enrollment, monthly new hire orientation, etc.)
Work cross-functionally to coordinate the entire employee off-boarding process (scheduling and conducting exit meetings, preparing exit paperwork and final checks, submitting COB RA requests, etc.)
Maintain HRIS system (system updates, configurations and employee changes data entry)
Maintain HR data on other systems as well, such as internal company wiki and Adaptive Planning (budget forecasting tool)
Provide ongoing benefits administration (monthly billing reconciliations, coordinate annual health fair and open enrollment activities, submit COBRA requests, assist with Leave of Absence requests, and answer front-line employee requests regarding benefits questions)
Administer compliance requirements (i.e. EEOC reporting, 401k and FSA 5500 discrimination testing, anti-harassment training, handbook updates,I-9 audits, ensuring proper posters are posted in the office, etc.)
Manage employee wellness program (coordinate monthly wellness events, and work with Yoga and Massage partners to ensure program success, etc.)
Assist in organizing and staffing regular company events, such as happy hours, All-Hands meetings, and other events as needed
Radiate a positive and authentic attitude to ensure you are approachable to employees
Must be able to hold personal and benefits information strictly confidential
Demonstrate ability to provide excellent customer service to our most valued customers in HR ? our employees

Education and Experience
2-4 years of Human Resources experience
Experience with ADP HRB and ADP payroll systems
Familiarity with MS Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
