MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinates internal and external recruitment activities
Responds to questions from employees and managers on staffing matters
Develops and distributes internal and external vacancy announcements
Assists staff in preparing crediting plans
Logs Applicants into Applicant Tracking System
Screens applicants to determine basic qualifications
Convenes rating panels to rate and rank applicants
Prepares selection certificates
Assists in closeout of merit promotion cases
Bachelor's degree+3 year's experience, or 6 year's experience without bachelors
Experience with Title 5 recruitment for competitive service and/or excepted service
Strong Federal Staffing experience using Monster/QuickHire
Knowledge of Federal staffing and recruitment policy, principles, concepts and federal human resources laws and regulations
Must be a U.S. Citizen
