HW / Systems Engineer Enlighted
Job Description:Enlighted, Inc. is looking for a highly motivated and talented software engineer to define and build the foundation upon which our product quality will be built. The successful candidate will have a strong desire to learn about and help all functions of the company. You will be responsible for the infrastructure and tools for test automation and release engineering. Additionally, you will have a direct impact on everyone?s productivity by automating processes and building feedback systems to help people do work better and faster.
Responsibilities:
Design embedded HW/Systems for low cost, high volume production
Select components based upon cost, performance, size tradeoffs
Provide guidelines and detailed mechanical reviews for board layout and mechanical IDs.
Provide support for firmware engineers
Support RF/ EMI/ UL certifications as required
Provide test plans for design validation
Support Manufacturing DVT and production handoff
Desired Skills & Experience
Qualifications:
Strong digital design skills targeting low cost production
Experience with designing for EMI/FCC/UL issues
Strong test equipment and debug/troubleshooting skills
Experience with embedded systems or testing solutions to hardware/software combinations
Has the vision to see our products and target markets and build the tools to guarantee our success
Passionate about working in a startup environment
Excellent team player with great verbal and written communication skills
Plus:
Spice modeling
Embedded C experience
RF: antenna knowledge, Sparameters etc
