The IAM Engineering Manager will provide overall leadership and management for Caradigm?s Identity and Access Management offering and product development, namely proVision, expreSSO and Vergence, and all supporting products (Way2Care Access Badges, Privacy Auditor, Vault Synchronization Services etc.) Having the right leader is essential for the strategic and tactical development of this vital market. This position will play a critical role in the product development and overall growth of a major market that will enable Caradigm to establish a sustainable international business. In the role of IAM Engineering Leader, this person will collaborate with the other senior leaders of the broader engineering team to establish a common set of engineering and operating principles as established in the Caradigm Software Development Lifecycle.

This position will have primary internally facing responsibilities leading the IAM R&D Teams in Andover and Bangalore. Key responsibilities will include the following:
IAM Product Development & Engineering Process and Productivity
Lead all process and productivity efforts in engineering, ensuring proper communication of results and plans both internally and to all cross functional teams
Catalyze and drive collection of engineering metrics and appropriate reporting of results
Drive clarification of Engineering Roles & Responsibilities as necessary with internal and external process changes with special emphasis on managing engineering in a combined Caradigm engineering model
Onshore and remote project development coordination and management
Product delivery to committed milestones, schedules and budget
Transparency and Impact of schedule, scope and resource changes
Engineering Talent Readiness & Organization Capabilities
Coordinate with both HR and other Engineering Managers, and consult with key individuals to define best practices and clarify roles for Caradigm IAM Engineering in the following areas including:
On-Boarding
Engineering Training
Talent Development
Management Leadership Training
Roles & Responsibilities, Interfaces and Relationships across Engineering
Engineering Expansion + Health
Focus Engineering to be a scalable, process driven organization achieving the highest quality products and outcomes
Insure that Caradigm IAM Engineering is positioned for growth and remains best-in-class and competitive through analysis and presentation of recommendations
Recommend a blended path of growth strategies including but not limited to consulting, near shoring, off shoring and natural growth to maximize engineering investments
The Caradigm IAM Engineering Leader will have demonstrated expertise in Software Development of commercial globalized software. Job requirements include:
Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science required
10+ years of management experience in commercial software development
Strong managerial, interpersonal, leadership and communication skills. Must have managed managers
Experience with vendor management, establishing budgets, and tracking expenditure
Strong project planning and prioritization skills, with knowledge of project management methods, practices, and software
Excellent verbal/written communication and analytical skills
Ability to work well within a diverse, geographically-distributed, multicultural environment and with varying levels of management
Healthcare IT, Single Sign-on, Authentication or Security experience is a plus but not required
