Job Description:
The Intacct Accountant Program (IAP) Firm Development Manager is an integral part of the success of Intacct accounting firm partners. The IAP Firm Development Manager will have direct contact with IAP Member Firms to enable them to grow their Client Accounting Services Practices.
Responsibilities?Educate and provide best practices to IAP Partners to assist in focusing on a vertical industry or niche
?Pre-sales support & scoping for firm client prospects, including training firms on the creation of sales demo files, as needed
?Train firms on how to put together client pricing and proposals for prospects
?Assist in creation of IAP ?Playbook? to enable firms to have a guide to selling Intacct and their services to potential clients
?Maximize firm opportunity by sharing best practices with each Firm and the entire community
?Support the development and implementation of pricing initiatives to the IAP partner community
?Ability to conduct ?light? demos of the Intacct modules to promote development of client business activity
?Identify product and service upsell opportunities with the IAP firms for their clientele
?Maintain a high level of expertise in new product features and functionality
?Capability to multi-task and meet deadlines with a high degree of flexibility as new initiatives arise
?Provide solutions management for complex business scenario?s
?Marketing development and execution for IAP members and prospects
?Cross functional collaboration with departments including Product Management, Customer Support, Engineering, Finance, and Sales
?Provide complete and timely communications to C2B Sales & Management Team on business development activities
?Assist IAP Team in writing content for ongoing training and development
?Create and facilitate weekly webinars on topics that are important to IAP membership
?Comfortable with Intacct Product, Additional Modules and 3rd Party Applications in order to advise clients and C2B on optimal solutions to meet client requirements.
?Special projects in conjunction with CPA2Biz to achieve objectives for the program
Requirements?BA/BS from an accredited 4 year university in Finance/Accounting, CPA Preferred
?Minimum 5-7 years experience working with accounting or other ERP packages
?Strong software knowledge. Experience in all areas of installation, configuration, integration, and training
?1-2 years of Intacct Accounting Software experience
?Experience as a Manager or Leader of a Client Accounting Services practice
?Technical writing and public speaking experience
?Strong analytical and problem solving skills
?Business development, account management and business planning skills
?Collaborative skills. Must be able to engage internal resources across functional departments
?Excellent communication and presentation skills
?Great telephone and presentation skills, articulate, and a team player
?Motivated, self-starter, who can work with little supervision in a fast paced environment
?Ability to multi-task and take on new responsibilities as they arise
