IC Design Manager SiTime
Job DescriptionResponsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Lead a team of analog, mixed-signal, and digital designers to deliver world-class MEMS based clock chips
Drive circuit architecture based on high level specifications
Oversee the functional and physical verification of the chip
Work with the characterization team to put together silicon verification plans
Communicate across organizations the status and achievements of the team
Desired Skills & Experience
Requirements:
M.S. + 10 years or Ph.D. + 5 years, in Electrical Engineering
Desire to take on project management responsibility
Core expertise in PLL (Sigma-Delta and LC) or ADC (preferably > 14 ENOB)
Strong knowledge of circuit design and scripting
Willingness to mentor members of his/her team
Solid understanding of device physics
Familiarity with DFM/DFT, ESD/Latchup practices
Strong written and verbal communication skills
