Enclarity is looking for an Implementation Analyst. This is an important entry-level position and serves as a gateway to a career in technology. As a trusted resource, this role will support efforts to identify and specify complex business requirements and processes. The Implementation Analyst will support client research and evaluate alternative solutions to improve operating efficiencies and advance the quality of provider information for our clients.
Position Summary: The incumbent will demonstrate an analytical aptitude, a methodical approach to problem solving, and a strong interest and desire to develop technical expertise. Exposure to UNIX, SQL, database management, and scripting is helpful. Solid communication skills (written, verbal, presentation), a self-directed nature, and ability to work as part of a cohesive team will serve as the foundation for success. As a skilled organizer, the Implementation Analyst is able to keep track of details, ensure accuracy of information, and concentrate efforts on the most important priorities while maintaining flexibility to shift focus as needed. Ultimately, the goal is to move client work forward on time and within budget.
The Implementation Analyst uses logic to solve difficult problems with effective solutions, quickly gains technical knowledge, is committed to providing the highest quality of product and services, and can be counted on to exceed goals. This is a role for a collaborative and confident team player who will interact across the Enclarity organization to find common ground and solve problems for the good of all. A demonstrated ability to effectively cope with change, shift gears comfortably, and perform a wide range of tasks is of key importance. An ability to quickly build trust and credibility is also critical for success.
Responsibilities:
? Process and deliver files to clients utilizing SQL and scripting languages in a UNIX environment.
? Conduct research and evaluate alternatives to solve healthcare provider information quality problems.
? Based upon the direction from the Implementation Lead, identify and resolve client issues.
? Develop and test custom business rules.
? Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) on new product releases.
? Maintain goals as well as key measures to ensure progress and alignment with desired business outcomes for clients.
? Identify process improvements, and offer suggestions to build and refine internal efficiencies, systems, and processes to meet and exceed client satisfaction.
? Manage multiple projects, progress and milestones.
? Maintain connection and communication with internal stakeholders/teams ensuring appropriate prioritization, effective execution, and collaboration.
Position Qualifications:
? Bachelor?s Degree required.
? Client relationship or customer service experience highly desired.
? Exposure/experience in the healthcare industry and/or healthcare insurance a plus.
? Experience and solid understanding of relational databases and data warehousing. ? Understanding of SQL, UNIX and shell scripting helpful.
? Strong organizational skills, analytic, and problem solving skills.
? Good interpersonal, diplomacy, communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
? Ability to quickly build trusting relationships, gain credibility, and partner with clients and peers.
? Enthusiasm for technology and serving the needs of clients.
? Takes pride in work, exhibiting accuracy and attention to detail.
