POSITION: Implementation Analyst
LOCATION: Seattle, WA
The Implementation Analyst will assist the Implementation and Conversion team as a subject matter expert. Will work with the Implementation teams, Account Managers and Operations Associates in the US and India to ensure clients are staying on track with their projects.
?Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
?Set up, clean and maintain databases whilst in the implementation process.
?Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
?Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
?Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
?Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises and devise contingency plans.
?Provide successful handoff to Client Services team upon completion of implementations.
?SME for new client custodial data feeds
?SME for the reconciliation process
?SME for posting of client custodial data
?Create written procedures, specifically the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) document
?Client interaction/Client servicing
?SME for all implementation scripts
?High level of Proficiency in Portfolio Center or similar portfolio accounting system.

?Proficient with Microsoft SQL
?Intermediate computer skills (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
?Ability to travel at least 10% of the time.
