Implementation Consultant position responsibilities include:
?Serve as the Project Manager through all stages of the initial product implementation.
?Provide project communication and guidance in person, on WebEx?s and by status reports.
?Conduct workflow process automation by utilizing vbScript.
?Perform training and go-live assistance for multi-site product rollouts.
?Work on service requests from existing clients.
?Maintain detailed knowledge of insurance industry dynamics and departmental procedures.
?Demonstrate excellent presentation, communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to follow up with cli

You possess flexibility to work effectively with different types of clients ranging from small shops to organizations with more than 1000 people of varying positions
You consider yourself in having strong analytical and problem solving skills
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
2 years as a technical project manager, technical consultant, or enterprise solution administrator with customer facing experience or equivalent experience
Knowledge of the insurance industry: Carriers, MGAs, Agency, Brokers, Reinsurance, underwriting & claim department operation, and the policy issuance and claims process
Prior experience with ImageRight or AIM management system
Demonstrate competence with current enterprise class server operating systems, storage options, moderate networking skills, Windows active directory security, database server management, remote VPN access, and backup methodologies
Understanding of the SDLC, systems integration, data conversion & migration
PMP certification
Moderate vbScripting ability
Moderate SQL querying ability
Consulting experience managing project schedule, budget, and scope
Bachelor degree or equivalent
PREFERRED SKILLS
Competence with current Windows operating systems and networking fundamentals
Ability to multi-task, work independently and work in a team environment with moderate supervision
Understanding of project management activities
Knowledge of troubleshooting and support techniques
Appropriate judgment within defined procedures and policies to determine appropriate action
Frequent interaction with supervisors and functional peer groups. Interaction normally requires the ability to gain cooperation of others, conducting presentations of technical information concerning specific projects or schedules
Some knowledge of programming or scripting
Understanding of general business issues including external factors that impact the business and industry
Demonstrated ability to follow sound business ethics when executing job responsibilities to build and maintain management confidence
Strong technical skills ? Word, Excel, MS Office, Visio, & PowerPoint
Experience with enterprise network resources like SharePoint, VPN access, Active Directory security, & custom web based management tools
Report preparation and analysis
Use of a keyboard, mouse, laptop, & office equipment
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Domestic Travel up to 75%
