Implementation Consultant Phreesia
Position:As an Implementation Consultant, you will lead Phreesia?s delivery efforts to our new customer accounts. These accounts include small to medium-sized physician offices located across the United States. You will manage the delivery of Phreesia from close of the sale through full implementation. You will fully engage the customer at all levels (from receptionists to CEOs) to design and implement a Phreesia solution which maximizes value for the customer. You will need to be a strong leader, communicator, problem solver, and comfortable in a start-up technology environment.
Responsibilities:
Support sales team during final stages of contract negotiations
Conduct customer implementation workshops to understand customer?s unique needs and objectives
Work with the customer to design a new operational workflow and fully customize the Phreesia product to maximize value to the customer
Ensure customer is fully ready to launch from a technology, process, and training standpoint
Conduct product training with practice staff
Ensure the successful completion of the implementation process, driving both Phreesia and customer team members
Provide on going support and training as required
Skills and Experience:
Required
Experience working in a remote customer- facing professional services / consulting environment
Experience and comfort with the design, i mplementation and delivery of technology- based solutions
Ability to work with customers to understand their needs and develop custom solutions
Strong leadership, influencing, communication, interpersonal, and telephone skills
Ability to prioritize multiple demands in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Skill at anticipating and solving problems
Willingness to travel
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree
Experience in a telesales/inside sales organization
Deep understanding of healthcare workflow (e.g. reception, clinical, billing)
Experience with healthcare IT systems (e.g. PMS, EMR, billing)
