ResponsibilitiesAct as a Trusted Advisor for the Client
Have the flexibility to be a functional product expert and/or assume project management responsibilities
Define client requirements, provide gap analysis, and configure the outcome of these efforts
Provide best practice solutions based on customer defined business needs
Drive all Deliverables, Budget Management, Quality Assurance, and other project items
Lead planning and management of multiple client implementations concurrently
Develop project plans, issue tracking, prioritization and overall management over the life cycle of the project
Partner with client project manager to develop an executable plan that accounts for both functional and technical work streams of the project
Coordinate Cornerstone resources and manage deliverables on client engagements during implementation
Required Skills and Experience
Must be in the D.C. vicinity or surrounding area preferably
Experience working for a SAAS vendor and/or Talent Management solutions a plus
B.A/B.S in Business Management, Engineering or equivalent experience, or Project Management certification
Minimum 5 years of business process or professional services consulting experience
Minimum of 5 Talent Management, Learning, or Performance solution implementations
Proven results in a consulting environment as a Functional Lead.
Experience leading Change Management of transformation initiatives a strong plus
Ability to deal with and resolve complex customer business issues
Superior communication skills and attention to detail

Experience with any of the following is a Big plus:

Employee Performance Management (EPM)
Recruiting (ATS), Corporate Social Networking (CONNECT)
Software-as-a-Service (SaaS)
Experience working with customers in the public sector or Federal Government a plus
