Implementation Consultant Intervolve

Intervolves Implementation Consultants are responsible for the configuration and deployment of Intervolves Route Accounting System (RAS) and/or DistributionSuite (DS) at client locations in the Continental United States. Individuals must be highly motivated with demonstrable skills in business applications, a solid foundation in information technology, and the ability to take leadership responsibilities on client engagements.

Specific Duties

Manage multiple implementation projects

Conduct business process reviews to determine client requirements

Develop specifications for integration programs, custom reports and enhancement requests

Consult clients on managing process changes

Manage and/or conduct data conversion, onsite training and onsite support for implementations

Develop customized crystal reports

Perform validation of deployed applications

Troubleshoot application usage issues


Requisite Education/Skills

Minimum undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Business, Accounting, or related degree. MBA or other graduate degree preferred.

Minimum 4 years of experience in software deployment

Experience in implementing ERP, Warehouse Management, Financial Management or other business systems

Project management skills

Experience in analyzing client requirements, and developing functional specifications for development

Experience with Crystal Reports a plus

Knowledge of information technology project life cycle and project planning approaches

Proficiency in Microsoft productivity tools including Word, Excel, Visio, Project, Outlook

Knowledge of databases and SQL

The work location will generally be at customer sites and the consultant must be able to travel weekly to client locations (US-based)

Travel requirements are 50 to 75
