PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Implementation Consultant will manage delivery of IdenTrust products and services to Financial Institution
and Corporate customers. Will provide implementation expertise for solutions that provide PKI, Identity
Management, and related services both back office and customer facing. They will be responsible for
producing customer deliverables which satisfy contractual obligations and strive toward providing service
that can result in additional follow-on revenue. They will be expected to achieve 80%-85% utilization on
customer delivery projects.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Plan and track project deliverables to satisfy contractual requirements.
? Understand customer drivers and stake holders and apply this knowledge to achieving project
objectives, advocate customer position within the organization, and establish relationship to grow the
relationship.
? Plan and track resource and financial budget of assigned projects.
? Provide input to Director, Client Delivery to appropriately prioritize assigned projects.
? Communicate and identify dependencies of other parts of the organization on meeting assigned
project objectives.
? Coordinate a virtual team of IdenTrust consultants, external consultants, and sub-contractors as a
single team for a given project.
? Act as the main technical and functional POC for customers.
? Develop new or modify existing processes to increase productivity, accuracy, and security.
? Identify and resolve obstacles in achieving project deliverables.
? If needed, provide 3rd level production support to customers.
? Provide pre-sales support for capturing new business.
REQUIREMENTS:
? Ability to identify and plan project milestones to meet project objectives.
? Capable of coordinating a virtual team of delivery consultants assigned to a project.
? Ability to work with customers to establish mutually beneficial project outcomes.
? Ability to facilitate discussions & status meetings between project stakeholders (sponsors, team
members, vendors, etc.)
? Ability to make sound decisions related to project resources that benefit both the customer and the
organization.
? Ability to interact with executive level sponsors.
? Good verbal and written communication skills.
? Ability to interact with customers to gather requirements.
? Ability to derive deliverable items from high level business requirements.
REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
? Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Information Systems. Equivalent
experience acceptable.
? 3+ years of experience in product management and/or consulting.
? 2+ years of experience in consulting project management.
? 3+ years of ?hands-on? technical integration or application development experience.
? Ability to perform 3-5 days of business related travel. (Up to 2 trips a month)
PREFERRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
? Experience with financial systems and/or PKI projects.
? Experience with Financial Institutions and/or Fortune 1000 Corporate customers.
? 3+ years of experience in the professional services capacity(providing consulting services to clients).
? 2+ years of technical development or technical development management.
? 2+ years of experience with Public Key Infrastructure architecture, operations, and/or applications.
? 1+ years of experience with x500 & LDAP directory architecture, and operation.
? Java and/or .NET Development experience.
