CH Mack is looking for motivated, team oriented individuals to join an ambitious software company making a powerful impact in the healthcare industry.The Implementation Engineer will play a key role in the product rollout for our enterprise healthcare management system including working with customers to evaluate needs, define installation strategies, and assist with installation and setup. The Implementation Engineer would also establish processes, procedures, and documentation for these activities and work closely with the development and QA teams to troubleshoot problems and determine resolutions.
Primary Responsibilities:
Perform scoping and sizing processes with customers for product installation including evaluation of hardware, software, security, networking requirements, sizing and usage patterns, and user locations.
Work with customers to develop a system configuration and installation strategy for all necessary environments (development, training, quality assurance (QA), user acceptance testing (UAT), and production).
Schedule, perform, and assist with software installations of our enterprise products including any integration points to other systems in the customer-s ecosystem.
Assist customers with product upgrade and any necessary hot-fix deployments.
Perform as "front line support" for the Implementation team for any issues while at a client site.
Establish consistent procedures for troubleshooting and defect reporting.
Create documentation of each interface to and from our health care system including security requirements and configuration settings.
Create implementation checklists, document customer resources and roles, and define timelines.
Assist with data propagation from one environment to another environment.
Skills / Qualifications:
Self-managed, able to prioritize your schedule in order to meet customer's needs.
Previous enterprise-level software experience a plus.
Familiarity with SaaS delivery models..
Experience with virtual environments like VMWare or Hyper-V.
Network troubleshooting experience - LAN/WAN/Wireless
Familiarity with SQL Server databases (i.e. 2008R2).
Knowledge of reporting frameworks (i.e. SQL Server Reporting Services - SSRS)
Experience installing and upgrading software.
Excellent customer service and phone skills.
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Detail-oriented, well-organized work style.
Experience in a fast-paced, sometimes high-pressure environment.
Eligibility Requirements:
Full-time employee, no contractors.
Occasional travel required.
Ability to work full-time, on-site, at company headquarters located in Cincinnati, OH.
Ability to work individually and as part of the team in a fast paced Agile environment.
