Join us in the Health Solutions Group as an Implementation Engineer. You will lead technical implementation teams, working with hospitals and other health care providers, to implement the Amalga data aggregation platform and custom use cases that solve real world problems and improve patient care. At the core, Implementation Engineers are responsible for overall project quality of implementations, ensuring the delivery of contractually committed high quality technical solutions for our customers.
Qualifications/Requirements:
? 8+ years of experience in software development and/or testing with at least 3 years of management experience
? Demonstrated ability to evaluate end-user/customer business needs, translate them into technical requirements, and design appropriate solutions
? Demonstrated ability to drive complex technical projects to success, working through technical, business, and people challenges
? Demonstrated ability to drive resolution of technical issues requiring cross-group collaboration, internally and externally
? Demonstrated success in indirect management (i.e. influence without authority), with the ability to lead technical teams
? Exceptional attention to detail and ability to think end-to-end, anticipating and proactively addressing problems
? Exceptional customer focus with an eye towards consistently exceeding customer expectations
? Exceptional oral/written communication and interpersonal skills, with people at all levels and disciplines (from C-level down)
? Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
? Healthcare IT/industry experience is a plus, as is working knowledge/hands-on experience with HL7 interface analysis (ADT, orders, results, billing, etc.) and other healthcare data standards
? SQL and SharePoint experience also a plus
? Minimum of 6 years of work experience designing/architecting technical solutions and driving multidisciplinary teams to execute them.
? Ability to travel to customer sites (up to 25%); may include international travel
