Join us in the Health Solutions Group as an Implementation Engineer. You will lead technical implementation teams, working with hospitals and other health care providers, to implement the Amalga data aggregation platform and custom use cases that solve real world problems and improve patient care. At the core, Implementation Engineers are responsible for overall project quality of implementations, ensuring the delivery of contractually committed high quality technical solutions for our customers.

He/she is driven to take ownership of a project and has sufficient interpersonal and technical skills to be able to take the project through all phases of the project. Ideal candidate demonstrates great flexibility in expanding skillset to use their understanding of end to end implementation needs to guide their technical build decisions.
Essential Responsibilities:
? Ability to independently architect and write comprehensive specifications for innovative solutions to solve complex problems using the Caradigm Amalga platform
? Drive application configuration activities, including Requirements Gathering/Design/Analysis, Build/Configure, and Testing of various Amalga Application components. Work with other members of the Amalga implementations team to complete all application configuration activities, including creating requirements from workflows, building/configuring solutions to implement those requirements, and testing of the various Amalga components employed in a particular solution.
? Lead and coordinate with Offshore/Onshore Services Delivery teams
? Create application prototypes using both tools inherent in the Amalga system and external tools
? Iteratively build and configure end to end Amalga applications which may include configuration of parsers, Amalga components, user views, reports and input screens
? Creation and configuration of business intelligence dashboards
? Train customer project team resources on how to build and configure Amalga solutions
? Identify and drive product and process improvement in a proactive way to meet internal business and unmet customer needs
Basic Qualifications/Requirements:
? At least 4 years of IT systems configuration and implementation experience
? Healthcare industry background preferred, including experience with healthcare information systems development and clinical data management
? Consulting experience translating end-user/customer business needs, into technical requirements, and designing/implementing appropriate solutions
? Effective written and verbal communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
? Strong knowledge of SQL database structures, complex query design and development, and query performance tuning
? Experience with and the ability to work independently building applications and solutions using: Microsoft SharePoint, SQL Server Reporting Services, PerformancePoint, DHTML, and Javascript
? Scripting experience with C# (.NET Framework) plus understanding of Object Oriented Programming concepts a plus
? 30% travel, may include international
? Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, high intensity start up environment
