Enclarity is looking for an Implementation Lead. This is a key position, responsible for delivering value to our clients. As a trusted resource, this role works closely with client management to identify and specify complex business requirements and processes. The Implementation Lead will research and evaluate alternative solutions and offer recommendations that will improve operating efficiencies and improve the quality of provider information for our clients.
Position Summary: With a strong understanding of database management and scripting, the incumbent will demonstrate an aptitude for programming, create/document ETL processes, and perform quality analysis (QA) and user acceptance testing (UAT). The Implementation Lead must possess knowledge of project management, UNIX, and SQL. Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation), a self-directed nature, and ability to work as part of a cohesive team will serve as the foundation for success. As a skilled time manager, the Implementation Lead is able to concentrate efforts on the most important priorities while maintaining flexibility to shift focus as needed. Ultimately, the goal is to ensure a seamless plan and process for moving client work forward on time and within budget.

? Conduct research and evaluate alternatives to solve healthcare provider information quality problems.
? Identify, prioritize and resolve client issues; coordinate with appropriate internal departments to provide timely response and solutions.
? Develop and test custom business rules and pre-processing.
? Perform quality analysis (QA) and user acceptance testing (UAT).
? Process and deliver files to clients.
? Maintain goals as well as key measures to ensure progress and alignment with desired business outcomes for clients.
? Identify process improvements, and offer suggestions to build and refine internal efficiencies, systems, and processes to meet and exceed client satisfaction.
? Manage multiple projects, progress and milestones.
? Maintain connection and communication with internal stakeholders/teams ensuring appropriate prioritization, effective execution, and collaboration.
? Bachelor?s Degree or equivalent work experience.
? 5+ years of professional work experience serving in a client relationship capacity.
? Exposure/experience in the healthcare industry and/or healthcare insurance a plus.
? Experience and solid understanding of database management and data warehousing.
? Minimum of two years of experience with SQL.
? Minimum of two years of UNIX and shell scripting experience required.
? Experience creating/documenting ETL processes; ETL Tool knowledge a plus.
? Demonstrated organizational and project management skills required.
? Strong analytic and problem solving skills.
? Excellent interpersonal, diplomacy, communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
? Proven planning, priority setting, time management and decision making skills.
? Ability to achieve results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities and deadlines.
? Enthusiasm for serving clients and a passion for driving results.
