RedBrick Health is looking for an Implementation Lead to lead channel implementations on our new Platform. This team will be focused on implementing our new technologies and products into large enterprise accounts. This team will initially focus on platform scalability, performance, and initial channel and large customer implementations implementations. As our business continues to grow we must enhance our delivery capabilities and you will be part of driving new capabilities and new solutions.
Essential Job Functions
Work with teams from RedBrick Health and customers to develop and implement capabilities associated with integration and deployment of enterprise SaaS solutions
Work with team to define, specify and deliver solutions that address customers expectations
Work to establish and/or improve practices related to customers adopting and integrating our solutions
Work with existing data integration, analysis and reporting tools to improve the quality of solutions used by RedBrick Health functional departments
Essential Job Requirements
5+ years experience as a software developer or technical project manager
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment
BA or BS in technology driven field or equivalent experience
Experience working with SaaS delivered solutions
Experience with ETL using a variety of tools, sources and destinations
Experience working with solutions that integrate multiple third party APIs
Experience with BI technologies
Demonstrated understanding of data quality principles and practices
Experience working with Agile practices
Demonstrate understanding of data integrity principles and practices
Preference given to candidates with health care experience
Creative thinker who can quickly develop innovative ideas across a wide variety of business functions
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Outstanding relationship building skills with the ability to create mutually beneficial relationships with both internal and external clients is critical
Must have good written and oral communication skills, with the ability to articulate service concepts to a variety of audiences
Well organized with a high attention to detail
