Implementation Manager Newgistics

This position will be responsible for managing implementations at Newgistics. Responsibilities will include managing all aspects of implementations,including quality checks and reviews. This position will facilitate transition meetings and work to seamlessly move clients from Sales (pre-contract) through the Implementation phase (post -contract) and through the transition to Account Management (post-implementation). Additional tasks to be performed are conducting regular implementation meetings with new clients, administrative set up of clients within Newgistics applications, coordinating all implementation efforts with other functional departments, facilitating regular internal implementation meetings, and performing all tasks associated with the various implementation types as warranted. This position will assist the Sales team and the Account Management team with questions and client issues for all service offerings. This position will interface with clients via email, phone and on-site meetings to assist with the implementation process
--Manage all aspects of implementations, including meeting with clients on a regular basis via phone to track status of projects, coordinating any internal tasks and tracking progress weekly and monthly for reporting of KPIs.
--Manage projects that include cross functional coworkers and client staff members ensuring projects meet key milestones.
--Manage a proactive implementation process that encourages best practice development and sharing.
--Resolve, in a timely fashion, any customer complaints or issues as they relate to implementation.
--Manage and track all client communications in the Newgistics CRM database and build compliance and accountability for all related parties as they relate to implementations.
--Develop project scope, goals and deliverables that support Newgistics and its client's goals for successful implementations.
--Be visible and active with customers including executive presence at on-site meetings when appropriate.
--Perform quality reviews on the implementations including calls to clients and quality checks of work performed.
--Provide project support for internal Newgistics teams as required.
--Create and manage to project plans.
--Meet with senior leadership and business owners on a regular basis to discuss project status.
--Provide regular status reports and appropriate communication to both internal and external stakeholders.
--Challenges & assists project team members in meeting project deliverables. Escalates as necessary.
--College degree and 5+ years of service implementation experience, or equivalent project management experience
--Comfort in fast-paced communications, deliverables, issue resolution and project closure.
--Ability to successfully manage multiple projects at a time.
--Strong project management skills including the ability to manage cross functional and intercompany teams providing resource allocation, change management and strict milestone adherence
--Demonstrated experience in representing and engaging with Senior Executive resources
--Ability to define business requirements and understand IT requirements
--Superior analytical and forward-thinking skills
--Competency in Microsoft Office suite of products including Excel, Word and PowerPoint, MS Project
--Good verbal and written communication skills
--Skill at process mapping for solving operational issues
--Exceptional Customer Service and interpersonal skills
--Preferred experience in implementing fulfillment, and 3rd Party logistics solutions
