Implementation Manager Balihoo

Balihoo seeks an Implementation Manager to serve as a project manager for implementations of a SaaS marketing solution. This position requires the ability to clearly communicate a vision and plan to Clients, lead project teams of individuals with competing commitments, and understand Client and internal requirements while developing creative solutions. This role will report to the Director of Professional Services and be responsible for planning, managing, monitoring and executing multiple, simultaneous engagements with both new and existing Clients. Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with Client stakeholders to develop a shared vision
Plan, manage, monitor and execute projects
Design, test and document solutions
Coordinate Client releases with pre-scheduled Product releases
Work closely with all internal Balihoo teams to execute Client vision
Train Clients and End-Users through live and recorded webinars, on-site meetings and documentation
Understand Balihoo?s products and roadmap, communicate implications to Clients
Support National Sales efforts
Required Experience
Bachelor?s degree
3-5 years demonstrated Client-facing project management experience
Knowledge of Agile and Saas development methodologies
Ability to interpret, document, adapt and apply business requirements
Background in systems and software project management practices
Preferred Experience
PMP Certification
Agency/Marketing Experience
Experience managing work with JIRA
Management and/or strategy consulting
