Job Description:
WO Traffic is an all-in-one software solution that manages broadcast rights, financials, program inventories, and schedules. With the addition of the Internet Orders module, stations are now able to manage Spot and Digital advertising together seamlessly in one order as well. WideOrbit is looking for a talented and self-motivated individual to join the WO Traffic product team as an Implementation Manager. The broadcasting world moves quickly and when a station wants to implement our products, it needs someone take lead in organizing the installation of the new system and ensuring clients? needs are met.
Here?s what you?ll be doing:
Lead planning and execution of software implementation projects
Ensure WideOrbit and client deadlines are met
Provide support for implementation staff
Create and maintain implementation standards documentation per client needs
Provide quality assurance for software database set-up
Communicate internally with project team members and Asst. Director of Implementations
Manage client relationship and communication by conducting meetings with client, providing progress reports to client and ensures documentation is current
Here?s what we?re looking for:
Demonstrated success in working with WO Traffic clients
Strong knowledge of internet advertising: internet orders, banners, and internet ad sales
Fluency in MS Windows, Excel, and Word
Excellent customer service, organizational, and communication skills
The ability to work effectively under pressure in a team environment and meet tight deadlines
The ability to balance competing tasks in a rapidly changing environment
A willingness to take personal ownership for the success of a key business function
Travel as needed (trips will often need to be scheduled on short notice)

This position will based in one of our local offices or the employee can telecommute.
