Position Summary

Allegiance is expanding its Services team due to the significant demand for its products and services by the world's leading and most successful enterprises. This dynamic Professional Services team offers highly-challenging positions for the right people, and an excellent opportunity to join a company with an established product line and a rapidly growing customer base. We are looking for bright, creative, technical and responsible individuals with an excellent track record of accomplishments. This is a critical position is the Allegiance Professional Services group since they have primary responsibility to lead and direct all aspects of enterprise customer implementations. A strong manager with the ability to act as a consultant and advisor to customers will perform well in this position.
Responsibilities
Lead cross functional implementation teams of VOC solutions, with responsibilities including (but not limited to):
Work closely with the Allegiance Sales Team to manage the technical and strategic application of Allegiance's technology across customer verticals
Manage tactical implementations including: requirements gathering, developing scope, scheduling, prioritizing and managing risk
Ability to research and extend Allegiance's core technology as needed
Develop internal relationships with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Professional Services
Assist in the development of services best practices and tool kits
Travel required
Industry experience in some or all of the following:
Hospitality, Travel & Transportation
Retail Banking
High Tech business to business
Retail
Insurance & Healthcare
Manufacturing & Energy
Desired Skills
Strong experience working directly with customers in Program Management or Solutions Consultant role on large and small scale enterprise software implementations
Management Consulting /IT Consulting experience is a strong advantage
Experience with MS SQL Server RDBMS and OLAP based software systems
Experience implementing Business Intelligence platforms
Excellent problem solving, decision-making, and analytical skills
Expertise in managing strategic communications with both internal and external stakeholders
Ability to communicate complex technical details to a non-technical audience; ability to foster credibility with a technical audience
Independent thinker, creative problem solver
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to listen and empathize with a client's situation
Solid technical skills
Must be an enthusiastic and positive individual who enjoys interactions with others
Must be extremely organized and able to manage multiple projects at the same time
Self motivated, flexible, and adaptable
Ability to work under the constraints of strict deadlines and short turnaround times
Eye for detail
Proficient in Excel
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in MIS, EE or CS, MBA with MIS or Management concentration preferred but not required
3-5 years experience in technical implementations, solution design, technical project management, or similar
