Position Description:
The Implementation Project Coordinator is responsible for refining and executing the implementation process for the successful delivery of new and existing products to our corporate clients and partners. The Implementation Project Coordinator will provide delivery and coordination of multiple client projects.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Create and monitor a detailed project plan with deliverables and due dates to ensure successful delivery of all programs and services.
Utilize resources and adhere to schedule dates to ensure successful project completion and client satisfaction.
Facilitate communication and take specific actions necessary to meet corporate and client objectives.
Document and communicate project status with timely identification, tracking and resolution of project risks and issues.
Act as subject matter expert with all functions of the implementation process to client representatives, as needed.
Handle complex set up requests as well as answer questions that the client or management team might ask.
Work closely with Product Management team to assist with the definition of customer needs/requirements, test development processes and rollout to the Client.
Identify and make recommendations for process improvements.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Bachelor?s Degree and 1+ years experience in implementation of projects.
Strong team lead, organizational, communication, and motivational skills.
Superior interpersonal skills, ability to work well with others.
Analytical problem solving skills.
Excellent follow through skills.
Self-starter, team player, self-motivated.
Ability to multi-task, handle external and internal issues such as project deliveries, timelines, workflow, presentation work, etc.
Deadline and detail-oriented, with the ability to multi-task and juggle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of MS Office applications, including MS Project (or other project tracking software), Outlook, and the Internet is required.
Adapt easily to dynamically growing environment.
