Opportunity: Implementation Project Manager
We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Project Manager who resides close to a major metropolitan airport in Phoenix, Arizona. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing large scale implementations of our system for client hospitals around the country. The Project Manager will handle all facets of communication with client hospitals during the implementation lifecycle. Typical activities performed by this position include the overall project management of the network design, server design and builds, software development, content design and development, equipment procurement, and installations of hardware at client hospitals. Ability to travel 30-40% is required.
Responsibilities:
Ensure the successful completion of implementation projects which includes achieving customer milestones on time and on budget.
Development, maintenance and communication of detailed Project Plans using Microsoft Project.
Management of project budgets.
Communication of weekly status reports for client and GetWellNetwork management.
Management of cross-functional team to ensure project timelines.
Resolution of client issues in a timely and professional manner.
Create highly satisfied customers willing to be references for GetWellNetwork following the project completion.
Administer formal and informal Client Satisfaction Surveys.

Required Experience
Bachelors Degree required.
PMP Certification required.
2-5 Years of IT Project Management experience required, preferably in Healthcare IT.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Visio.
