Job Description:
The Implementation Project Manager develops the implementation plan and manages the deployment of PeopleAdmin software to completion for our customers. This is a highly strategic and visible role within the organization and requires a passionate, dedicated person who is adept at managing customer expectations and employing solutions consulting knowledge for hands-on system configuration as well as utilizing strong project management and organizational skills for the successful delivery of multiple concurrent customer projects.

Skills/Experience
- Minimum Requirements: 3-5 years experience managing software implementation projects
- Ability to travel up to 40 to customer sites in the US
- Experience leading customer meetings and presenting to high-level executives
- Technical background or experience working with web applications
- Experience working for a SaaS company a major plus
Education Requirements
- BA/BS required (technical degree a plus)
- MBA or MS a plus
- PMP or CAPM certification a major plus
- Professional training in project management or leadership a plus
