Implementation Project Manager ClickSquared
The Implementation Project Manager will lead the implementation of ClickSquared?s, SaaS based, marketing platform. The Project Manager will serve as the owner of the client implementation. The Project Manager will actively manage multiple client projects throughout all phases of project implementations, launch and optimization. Primary responsibilities include; scope definition/refinement and containment, project documentation, and the general project management of both the client and internal teams. Additional functions of this role include internal resource planning and management, client management, project budget and project communications.Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Proactively manage all steps and work streams of a project and ensuring final deliverable provided to client is of the highest quality
Effectively manage technical and non-technical Work streams, and coordinate colleagues and counterparts
Build successful relationships with your customers
Understand and manage projects to achieve agreed upon business objectives, control costs and ensure timelines are met
Communicate with the team on a regular basis to ensure project quality and adherence to specifications and timeline
Interact consistently with clients to implement project phases, inform clients of progress and to answer questions related to the project
Must be highly responsive and anticipate possible solutions to project-related problems / challenges
Assure all internal processes associated with a project are adhered to inclusive of paperwork, internal communication and scheduling
Raises key issues to management when required
Although Client Projects are the priority, practice advancement is a key secondary responsibility
Experience:
5 years successful implementation experience
Demonstrated understanding of the Marketing discipline is highly valued
Capable of independently managing the execution of implementation projects and interfacing effectively with clients, colleagues
Must be exceptional at multitasking and prioritizing various project-related tasks
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization as well as external clients
Dedicated to working hard as part of a dynamic group and as part of a team dedicated to success
Ability to work on multiple projects across different levels
Must be comfortable in a dynamic fast paced environment
