Implementation Project Manager MedVentive
Job Summary
The Implementation Project Manager is responsible and accountable for managing implementation engagements for the MedVentive suite of products. This person will acquire and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the MedVentive suite of applications, provide phone based product assistance to existing clients, and have an absolute commitment to customer delight. Travel is a requirement for this position.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and execute project plans within defined timeline
Coordinate and support internal implementation cross-functional team
Develop necessary tools and materials needed to implement and train assigned clients
Communicate client expectations and requirements, while working within the MedVentive process
Prepare and conduct formal presentations for large groups for key stakeholders
Develop and maintain an outstanding client services relationship with internal and external stakeholders
Communicate project status on a regular basis to management and client, and maintain excellent project documentation
Provide feedback to management on team members? performance
Provide leadership and guidance to team members to achieve a higher level of performance
Process and workflow analysis
Develop strategy to increase usage at all client sites
Data collection
Become subject matter expert
Account management assignment to existing clients
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have the following:
Bachelors degree
3+ years as a Project Manager
5 Years of Implementation/Technical experience
Healthcare IT experience
Strong process orientation, problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Strong interpersonal skills, with high degree of self-motivation and ability to work independently and in a team environment
Willingness to travel
