Job SummaryThe Implementation Project Manager is responsible for efficient and high quality implementation engagements for the MedVentive suite of healthcare software products, working directly with clients and interfacing with the internal clinical and technical teams to successfully configure, implement, and deploy MedVentive?s software.
Primary Responsibilities
Daily duties include:
Dvelop software implementation project plans within defined timeline, including project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, schedules, funding, and staffing
Develop and manage budgets for assigned projects
Develop necessary tools and materials needed to implement software projects and train clients, and identify the need for supplemental project resources
Develop strategies to increase usage of MedVentive?s software at client sites.
Daily use of SQL skills
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Technology (?IT?), or any engineering field of study (foreign equivalent degree accepted)
5 years of progressive experience as a Project or Account Manager or any closely related occupation managing healthcare IT software implementation projects
Must demonstrate knowledge and experience with: (1) Health Information Exchange (HIE) and Health Information Technology (HIT); and (2) complete development and implementation life cycle for new users EMR/EHR projects.
Some domestic travel required
