We are seeking an experienced project manager within the Professional Services team. The primary role of this individual is to lead the delivery of Quickcomm software to our customers. This professional will report to the Head of Professional Services. The position requires both a manager and a contributor who will be expected to have overall responsibility and manage the project resources. The individual must also have the skills and drive to be a hands-on resource involved in all facets of the project. Essential duties and responsibilities - Responsible for overall project planning, deliverables and timeframes - Build and own relationship with client and client project team - Be single point of contact for client - Manage internal Quickcomm project Implementation Team Resources and escalate where required - Hands on role managing whole project life cycle from sign off to 'In Production' state. Required experience - Gathering, normalizing and loading data - Consolidation of paper and electronic carrier billing - Coordinating the conversing of paper billing to electronic with carriers. - Defining customer system integration requirements to AP, GL, HR and other legacy systems - Customer Telecommunication Management process re-engineering - Software installation and testing - Customer training - Hand off to customer support on project completion - Light travel is required ( |
