Implementation Project Manager iMODULES

About the Position:
The Implementation Project Manger works directly with new and existing clients to manage the implementation of their website(s) and online communications projects. This includes management of the implementation life cycle, presentations with clients' executive team/project team(s) via telephone, web conferencing, and in-person sessions. We are looking for a highly-motivated, technically-savvy individual with excellent verbal and written communications and organizational skills. The Implementation Project Manger organizes, manages, and assigns project related tasks to the Production staff, Design staff, Data Staff, and other internal teams to deliver a fully-implemented website by the specified project deadline.

Responsibilities Include:

Work with clients to get their website(s) and online communications implemented efficiently and on time
Organize and task out milestone deliverables to clients' project team and internal implementation teams
Manage the implementation process, be responsible for project completion and client satisfaction
Provide regular status updates to clients and internal management on progress towards milestones and project launch
Manage multiple client projects in various stages of the process with varying degrees of priorities
Track all project tasks, time spent, milestone update, and communication with clients in CRM database

Desired Qualifications/Experience:

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Must be a people person
Experience in customer service and/or account management
Experience with Project Management and CRM software
Strong organization and project management skills
Must be detail-oriented, tactical, and strategic
Advanced knowledge of the Internet, website development, HTML, and design
Understanding of Content Management, Email Marketing and Data Collection Systems
Strong PC skills, including MS Word, MS Excel, and other MS Office applications
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
