The Implementation Project Manager works directly with clients to manage the implementation of their Web sites and online constituent engagement management system projects. This includes discussions with clients' executive teams via telephone and web conferencing, as well as in person. The Implementation Project Manager organizes, manages and assigns project-related tasks to ensure delivery of a fully-implemented web site by an assigned deadline. We are looking for a highly-motivated, technically savvy individual with excellent communication and organizational skills.Responsibilities:
Work with clients to get their Web site(s) and constituent engagement management system implemented quickly and efficiently
Organize and task out work to various internal design and web development teams
With an assigned deadline, manage the implementation process, be responsible for project completion and client satisfaction
Manage multiple client projects in various stages of the process
Track all steps of implementation and communication with clients in CRM database
Desired qualifications/experience:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience in customer service and/or project management
Strong project management skills, organization and attention to detail
Advanced knowledge of the Internet, Web site development, data and design
Understanding of Content Management, Email Marketing and Data Collection Systems
Strong PC skills, including MS Word, MS Excel and MS Project
PMP Certification preferred
Bachelor?s degree preferred
Position Opening:
This is a full-time position with benefits based in Overland Park, Kansas. Minimal travel.
