Job Description:

The Implementation Specialist provides professional services to our new clients to ensure the accurate and timely implementation of our solution. This position acts as the single point of contact for all aspects of the EDI implementation process and interfaces with clients and internal resources.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Serve as a point of contact during the Deployment Cycle for the customer
Serve as the primary EDI point of contact during the Deployment cycle.
Create client?s EDI Implementation plan and coordinate activities with the client, trading partner and other Deployment team members as necessary.
Meet minimum monthly project set-up targets as determined by TrueCommerce management.
Provide routine project status updates to the client and team members.
Advise client on creating and sending both EDI test transactions and barcode labels.
Actively contact clients and Value Added Resellers (VARs) to drive continuous progress on the completion of key project activities and milestones.
Analyze EDI transaction test results and advise the client on steps required to overcome trading partner objections and to fulfill testing requirements.
Guide the client through the integration of their business system with TrueCommerce software.
Perform integration tasks, including the creation and modification of TrueCommerce?s Business System Plug-ins (BSPs) using TrueCommerce?s proprietary tools and technology. BSPs are designed in accordance with client specific business and operational requirements.
Gain a thorough understanding of specified business system configurations and features.
Provide VARs with guidance on completing VAR integration activities as they relate to the client?s EDI project.
Review and update Integration Technical documentation as assigned.
Identify and communicate software and mapping issues to technology and trading partner specialist teams
Recognize and document troubleshooting processes and SOP?s uncovered during the Deployment cycle
COMPETENCIES
Bachelors? Degree required.
A minimum of 1-2 years client services, business to business, computer support/service, or call center experience is preferred.
Experience with business systems such as Peachtree, QuickBooks, MAS 90/200, or MAS 500 is preferred.
An EDI technical background or an understanding of transaction processing is preferred.
Must be able to exercise sound judgment in any customer service scenario.
Must possess the ability to interpret technical requirements.
Ability to quickly learn, analyze, and resolve simple to complex issues related to in-house applications and products.
Ability to enthusiastically work and learn independently and with a team.
Prior experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Windows Operating Systems, Internet applications, or Lotus Notes.
