The Implementation Specialist provides distinctive pre and post sale service that makes our customer?s love us. This entry-level position is the first point of contact for data conversion and pre & post-live follow-up and is the starting point for a promising career in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) technologies.
Each Specialist is equipped for success thru training along with continued mentoring from leaders for career growth.

Handle all data pulls, pre and post sale.
Assist Implementation Team during data migrations by gathering, analyzing and processing client data.
Partner with Sales, Implementation & Customer Success Team to define go forward best practices for managing data pulls & implementation tasks.
Contact customers during their 1st 30-days live.
Listen to each customer & identifies opportunities to improve their experience.
Coordinate with Implementation & Customer Success Teams to execute on customer success plans.
Receive direction from the Director, Implementation and Post-sale Services and guidance from Implementation Specialists.
