We are currently seeking an Implementation Specialist for Houston, TX office.
The Implementation Specialist will be an integral part of implementation projects for our fuel center outsourced fuel management services organization.
Primarily responsible for:
Support product implementations for new and existing clients.
Serve as subject matter expert on FMS product functionality as it relates to industry best practices.
Gathering, interpreting and modifying business processes according to client specifications.
Configuring the Fuel Management System (FMS) software as it relates to the outlined business processes.
Supporting the day to day operations of the Fuel Center as it relates to configuring the FMS application to respond to changing customer needs.
Additional responsibilities include the following:
Gathering and recording daily project effort to support project progression.
Collaborating daily with the project team to support execution of project tasks.
Strong collaborative effort among project team (customer and internal FuelQuest project team) to ensure consistency of project reporting, early identification of project risks, and project dependencies.
Collaborating with the project team in developing and approving deliverable documents related to the project life cycle.
Working closely with the clients and third party vendors, to best determine business needs and information pertinent to application.
Verifying and inputting proprietary data into ERP applications to support data analysis and quality assurance efforts in preparation for customer product utilization.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Knowledge or experience within the downstream fuel industry.
Ability to drive task completion within cost and hourly utilization constraints.
Experience using purchasing, Accounts Payable, invoice or inventory management modules.
Excellent presentation skills and strong verbal and written communication skills.
Accustomed to working with projects that require a specific methodology and life cycle.
Strong contributor directly involved in the hands-on work to achieve project deliverables.
Ability to effectively communicate with management level resources internally and externally.
Ability to communicate technical details in such a way that a non-technical audience can easily understand.

Minimum Qualifications, Education Requirements:
5% ability to travel required.
Minimum of 2-3 years of consultancy experience required, or 5+ years of consultancy experience, preferred.
Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Computer Science/MIS, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
