If you possess strong analytical skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities, come join us.
Our Implementation Specialists will:
Take clients efficiently through the implementation process and provide support through launch
Consult with clients through implementation, providing technical, testing, and troubleshooting support
Create and analyze reports measuring acquisition, retention, and other performance metrics
Develop and optimize processes for speed, quality, and efficiency
Perform quality assurance testing of products and systems
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a related field required
2-4 years of related experience preferred
One available position will work primarily from 2:00pm-10:00pm
