Work with Customer Service, Implementations, Sales and customers regarding product issues, installations, and implementation.
Essential Job Functions:
Conduct TRAKnet installations for all TRAKnet products
Conduct data conversions per contract
Communicate and work closely with coordinators on all software related issues, installations and implementations
HL7 implementation - work with customers to gain remote access and install all components
Maintain status logs electronically on all implementation sites
Handle all level II TRAKnet PM/Lab calls from Customer Service. Assist in training Customer Service reps as needed.
Perform additional duties and items as requested by Implementation Supervisor, CTO, and VP of Services
Learn and keep up to date on all SQL installations and use
Stay current on all software products and their function and security needs and methods
Collaborate with Tester, Analyzers, Documenters regarding installations of all products on multiple computers for potential reference, testing, and demonstrations
Document all client communications in CRM
Receive, fill out, and return all security forms and documents for sites to include the remote access request forms risk assessment forms and assure SAAS get signed by CEO or authorized person and returned to site
Communicate positively and concisely with clients the specification requirements to successfully run BioMedix services
Use VPN and Remote desktop software to access client worksites and assist in troubleshooting errors
Understand the role of the Implementation Specialist as it relates to the policies and procedures of the BioMedix Quality System
Maintain positive and professional communications at all times with internal and external customers
Non-essential Job Functions:
Maintain HL7 installations and their tests systems on R&D server with working clients for troubleshooting issues
Assist with the testing of software development and be able to interface with developers on all aspects of the programs
Use advanced networking knowledge to assist Customer Service with SQL connectivity issues
May assist in the training of Customer Service personnel
Assist Customer Service Consultants with Release calls and emails
Professional Requirements:
BS/BA Degree relative to Information Technology/Computer Science or 3-5 Years equivalent experience
Proficient in SQL 2005 and newer
Proficient with all Microsoft operating systems (XP - Win 7, including server OS)
Proficient with HL7
Ability to understand and diagnose database structures
Understand network infrastructures
Minimum of six months prior Customer Service consultant experience within BioMedix
