The Go Live Support Coordinator is responsible for assisting Client Services Implementation Specialist with issues and questions during EUT/GO Live/Follow-up phases of deployment of PrimeSUITE.Education, Experience, and Skills Required
Knowledge of physician processes and workflows required.
Experience in a clinical setting preferred
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) required
Experience with electronic medical software preferred
Must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Summary of Responsibilities
Monitor and provide status updates on all assigned cases to the Manager on a weekly basis.
Ensure that all team members meet and maintain all objectives and performance standards through training and mentoring programs.
Supervise efficient and accurate resolution of all practice support tickets.
Meet and maintain all objectives and performance standards.
Provide support and training assistance to Greenway clients as well as internal Greenway team members.
Perform other special projects assigned by the manager/director.
Perform client site visits on occasion.
Act as a liaison to Client Services on matters relating to Client Implementations.
