The Implementation Support Specialist oversees the program from the implementation phase through the maintenance phase. This position is responsible for identifying and working toward key deliverable dates with a balance of overall program priority and company requirements. The Implementation Support Specialist must be able to interact and communicate with leadership and personnel in multiple departments and at a variety of levels of leadership externally.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Review program reporting
Communicate program status to internal and external stakeholders
Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
Identify program growth opportunities
Troubleshoot operational concerns and determine solution
Develop and complete internal and external program training
Maintain program documentation
Research and document competitor and industry landscape
Assist in program marketing and sales documentation
Respond to ad-hoc client program requests
Track and address provider inquiries
Excellent interpersonal/oral/written communication skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Maintain time management
Prioritize program requests
Obtain a mastery of program information
Identify opportunities for program improvement
Minimum Education and Experience:
Must have High School Diploma or GED
Associate Degree or work equivalency in Business Services, Business Administration or Health Care highly preferred
Program Management / Project Management experience a plus
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
