We are currently seeking an Implementation Technical Support Analyst for Picis, Inc., part of OptumInsight, a division of UnitedHealth Group. Picis provides innovative information solutions that enable rapid and sustained delivery of clinical, financial and operational results in the acute care areas of hospitals.
The Implementation Technical Support Analyst is a support-delivery position and will work closely with the Professional and Client Services teams along with our medical center and hospital clients. The responsibilities include delivering, diagnosing, and resolving issues during the implementation and upgrade phases.
We have developed cutting edge Healthcare Informatics technologies to provide our clients with innovative healthcare information technology solutions designed to transform the delivery of patient care information in the high-acuity areas of the hospital, including the emergency department, operating and recovery rooms and intensive care units.

1+ years of experience in a technical support environment
1+ years of experience supporting internal or external customers
Working knowledge of MS SQL or other RDBMS (Relational DataBase Management System)
Bachelor's degree preferred
1+ years of Healthcare IT or Healthcare Informatics experience
1+ years of experience supporting proprietary software applications
