We are currently seeking an Inbound Marketing Manager to work with our talented creative director and marketing team. ShapeUp is looking for a seasoned, results-driven inbound marketing expert. Responsibilities and experience include:
Possess expertise with HubSpot and SalesForce
Understand and provide input on Marketing and Product strategy and implementation
Define and implement lead nurturing campaigns
Demonstrate experience in implementing lead scoring system
Identify the appropriate demographics & behaviors to categorize the leads
Define target behaviors and offers across the purchasing cycle for each lead category
Develop a series of nurture campaigns for each lead category (bucket)
Implement offers, emails, and campaigns based on the above
Test and analyze the campaigns, and make adjustments and changes as necessary
Evaluate and contract list rentals and implement e-mail outreach campaigns
Create landing pages and forms
Facilitate webinar registrations, sending reminders once registered, doing follow up to send out slides / video links
Manage lead funnel process with Sales
Hubspot lead scoring and flipping leads to sales team when appropriate
Tracking and reporting funnel progress and identifying improvement opportunities
Assist with the content on the shapeup.com website
Identify thought leadership/sales content ideas and assist in development of content
Create and maintain a centralized database of all ShapeUp content
Evaluate and implement SEO improvement opportunities for website
Develop Social Media strategy and define implementation plan and tactics
Complete competitive analysis and create database of competitive information for Sales
Define and manage paid online advertising campaigns (Google Adwords, Bing, banners, etc.)
Possess strong customer service temperament and skills to serve as a liaison between sales and marketing
