Inbound Marketing Manager

The Role: AppFirst is looking for someone to take ownership of the company's inbound marketing and nurturing efforts. The Inbound Marketing Manager will work closely with the company's CMO to help orchestrate and drive AppFirst's marketing campaigns!
This person's ultimate goal will be to drive revenue not only through managing the company's direct sales efforts but also by taking part in marketing website efforts and with providing support for indirect sales.
Responsibilities:
You must have a passion for using social media to generate inbound leads and create measurable and repeatable results
Supervise day-to-day Customer Development Representative activities, including monitoring sales reports and up-to-date performance metrics
Continue iterating and improve in-bound marketing activities
Optimize existing and create new marketing campaigns
Provide insight toward creation of lead pipeline for B2B setting, along with constant optimization of pipeline
Coordinate and actively take part in creation and constant improvement of marketing-side website so that it is SEO-friendly
Requirements:
+3 years of marketing experience, preferably inbound marketing experience
Demonstrated success in a B2B marketing setting (tech-industry B2B success preferred)
Experience creating success on LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.; experience using marketing tools such as HubSpot and Marketo is a plus
Strong ability to work within a team
Very strong verbal/oral communication skills
Must have documented success in using inbound marketing techniques to increase revenue and create inbound sales leads
