Inbound Marketing Manager
MetraTech enables our customers to automate online sales, enrollment, billing and payment processes. Customers buy our solutions to monetize any online service for faster revenue capture.
To power the release of our new SaaS billing product, Metanga, the Inbound Marketing Manager will create engaging campaigns within our marketing automation system, build content and execute strategies to increase Metanga?s inbound lead flow. While web content may be ?king?, we believe that strategic deployment of targeted content that addresses a prospects need at each discovery stage (which you?ll help define) is what engages and drives inbound traffic. This position will leverage your deep online expertise, understanding of marketing automation systems, email strategies and your knowledge of Salesforce.com. Since you?re flexible you?ll also be driving creation of product marketing content in support of your campaigns and since you?re creative your previous expertise with videos, whitepapers, datasheets and case study creation will be very important. The position reports to the Metanga Marketing Director.
Create, plan and execute inbound marketing campaigns with the sole purpose on increasing inbound web traffic in support of leads, sales and our revenue.
Direct content marketing initiatives to build brand.
Strong understanding of marketing automation, lead scoring, social engagement, networks and inbound marketing, to enhance campaign performance.
Manage all elements of marketing programs including budget, plan and subsequent reporting including sourcing of contact from external lists, segmentation of the contact data and capture of all leads from all marketing activities
Track analytics to identify leads and campaigns and recommending mid-course changes as needed.
Demonstrated inbound marketing expertise and evangelism, preferably in a SaaS b2b or b2c company.
4 years of experience in email marketing campaigns, ideating, writing and distributing digital content
Sound knowledge of key marketing principles and the creative development and execution process
Experience working on a variety of inbound marketing campaigns and creating marketing materials and tactics, such as, content, webinars, SEO, SEM, email, online ads, videos, case studies and direct marketing campaigns.
Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
Outstanding copy writing (we?ll want a sample of something cool) and proofreading skills.
Working knowledge of Salesforce and HubSpot preferred.
HTML understanding imperative, HTML programming skills preferred.
